The cottage has picturesque private enclosed garden with stunning views. With a surface area of 60 m2, the ground floor of La Maison de Jacquou provides a well-equipped American kitchen and a living area. An extremely comfortable sofa, large LCD television (equipped with Now TV box which allows access to BBC iPlayer, itvX and Channel 4).
The first floor encompasses the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom presents exceptional views over the Dordogne valley and brings the countryside indoors.
The cottage has no swimming pool and because of the beauty of the spot there is a public viewing point on-site and a hiking trail which passes in front of the house.

Small, picturesque private enclosed garden with stunning views, outside dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and charcoal BBQ. Private parking.
